It stinks!

So... It's a normal day at the office. I'm sitting here making some statistics and analysis of the finances. But the day won't stay as normal as I thought. I'm still sitting here... but... what is that smell? Hmm... I keep on working, because I thought ok it comes from outside... a few minutes go by and there is still something that doesn't smell good! But I keep on working, trying to concentrate... trying to concentrate, trying to concentrate... trying to - aww! What on earth is that smell!?!?? Suddenly I hear the woman of the room next to ours "BOTHER!!" and I shout "Are you OK over there?" and she says "not really..." and I come into her room and she is standing there looking at the wall where is a bright brown stain... not enough... it's coming water out of the wall! Great... now I can smell what it smells like exactly: rotten eggs! So I go to the realty department saying "realty department? There's a little stinky problem..."

Now I'm sitting here enduring that smell and writing this post while the pipe plumber is working there. It's very unlucky that in a few minutes it's coffee pause... and the water in the whole building is turned off, so there's no chance that the coffee machine would work! Last time the machine didn't work everybody was walking confused through the building and - by the way, PLEASE CLOSE THE DOORS pipe pumber! - there weren't many people in the coffee pause and it was boring...
